We provide expert guidance on minor and major home modifications to improve safety and make daily activities easier. We also are an accredited NDIS complex home modification assessor ensuring modifications are safe, effective, and meet NDIS criteria and comply with regulations.
Equipment Prescription
We specialise in prescribing the right equipment to enhance your independence and safety in your daily activities. Our equipment services encompass a wide range of areas, including but not limited to Mobility Aids, Adaptive Equipment for Daily Living and Seating Aids.
Our functional assessment services encompass a wide range of areas, including but not limited to Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessment, Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) Assessment, Cognitive Assessment and Upper Limb Assessment.

With an extensive background within the building and home modification industry, a unique insight into how the built environment can either support or limit independence draws on a combined experience to create functional and aesthetically pleasing home environments that promote safety, comfort, and dignity.

For NDIS participants, there is no need for a formal GP referral, allowing you to start services quickly. Whether you’re seeking support for assessments, home modifications, assistive technology, or other OT services, we’re here to help and are happy to work collaboratively with your existing support network to ensure you receive the best care possible.
